The Legal Operations Department is responsible for providing all major services and tasks to clients, including:
(1) Litigation and pleading before various types and levels of courts and quasi-judicial committees.
(2) Preparing and drafting contracts, agreements and memorandums of understanding.
(3) Providing specialized legal advice.
(4) Examination of commitment, compliance and application of governance standards.
(5) Attending meetings, negotiation and reconciliation.
